Here is a recipe us vegetarians van appreciate for dinner. But you can even feed this to your meat eating family, assuming they do eat meat. If they don't eat meat either they will appreciate this crispy salad.as muvch as you.

  1. 1/3 cup cider or red wine vinegar
  2. 1/2 cup sugar
  3. 2 Tablespoons lemon juice
  4. 1/2 teaspoons salt
  5. 2/3 cup olive oil
  6. 10 cups torn romaine lettuce
  7. 1 cup shredded Swiss Cheese
  8. 1 medium size apple, cored and cubed
  9. 1/4 cup dried cranberries
  10. 1/2 cup chopped cashews
  1. The first ingredients should be put into a blender until they become well combined.
  2. To the first five ingredients, put them in the working blender, then add all the oil while doing it slowly
  3. The lettuce, cheese, pears, apples, cranberries, and romaine lettuces should be put in a salad bowl.
  4. Using as much salad dressing as you feel you need, it doesn't have to be put on sparingly as there will be extra,salad dressing.
  5. But do not throw out that extra salad dressing you didn't use should be kept and stored in the refrigerator.
  6. Save the rest of this salad dressing for the next time you make this salad dressing.
  7. Can also use individual instead of your regular salad
