Kryas are automatic movements in the body when Kundalini is active. They mostly take the form of yoga positions. This is in fact where yoga was derived from. I have had kundalini kryas for six years now, since my kundalini was awakened. I mostly get hand mudras, but also bodily movements as well. It seems strange, but it is a natural part of spiritual progress. This doesn’t happen very often, so when it does happen, the person is surprised and often scared that something is wrong with them. You can stop the kryas from happening if you are uncomfortable with it. Sometimes you will shake if you try to stop them, but this doesn’t last for long. Kryas are the kundalini’s way of working out psychic blocks in your system. They will last for how ever long it takes. It can take months or even years. Kryas will be uncomfortable if you fight against them. But it is up to you whether you want to let kundalini take over. There is nothing wrong with doing it or not doing it. It is a personal choice. I will have more to say about kundalini and kryas in future posts. This is all for now.
