Avoid Alzheimer’s Disease With This Easy Method

Back in my high school times, I had an old teacher who used to teach us literature and the Arabic language – My mother language.

He once opened this Alzheimer’s disease subject and said that it all depends on the person and on how much he/she works his mind daily.

The mind is just like the body, the body gets flexible and grows muscles with daily or regular work outs and this is how the mind works as well.

He said, ” Look at me,  I’m already turning 63 and I still remember almost everything! And that’s because I keep my mind working. ”

I think I have to agree with this because this can be one of the natural methods to avoid getting diseases like Alzheimer or similar ones.
