UFC Fight Night Rockhold vs Bisping Predictions

This Saturday the 8th, November 2014 we have a UFC Fight Night taking place in Sydney, Australia. With a few of Britains best on the card, MMA fans in the UK have plenty to cheer for. I have put together my UFC Fight Night Rockhold vs Bisping Predictions as per usual, but don’t be surprised to see me siding our home guys.

No titles on the line, but some high profile top contender fights for sure. Most noticeably the headliner, as Bisping and Rockhold are fighting for a top contender slot and a title shot of their own. I found it interesting that Rockhold was coming in as a 3 to 1 favorite, I have this as a much closer contest. But we will know after Saturday if the bookies know something I don’t.

My UFC Fight Night Rockhold vs Bisping Predictions are as follows:

Luke Rockhold vs Michael Bisping

I cannot wait for this bout. Rockhold comes in with a little more decorated history from different promotions, and Bisping has the UFC experience. I think my heart says Bisping, but my head says Rockhold…

Pick: Bisping

Ross Pearson vs Al Iaquinta

Pearson is always evolving, in his overall fighting skills and his game planning. I think he will come out with a plan that is a little to smooth for the young Iaquinta and pull this one off. It could well be a close 3 round war though.

Pick: Pearson

Robert Whittaker vs Clint Hester

I’m a fan of both of these guys because they have exciting fighting styles. There is certainly a high chance of a KO in this fight, so tune in early enough for it. I just feel that Hester is a little better in almost all areas.

Pick: Hester

Soa Palelei vs Walt Harris

Palelei is a massive heavyweight with great agility and his opponents have been struggling to deal with him. Harris is more athletic, but less skilled and experienced as an all round fighter. Look for Palelei to get top position and finish with ground and pound like so many of his other victories.

Pick: Palelei
